"Way over priced for a Sysco Pre-Cooked low grade Prime Rib dinner. I so wanted this to be a great meal and walked away so so disappointed. I am a critacal diner and wasn't looking to be wowed rather just fulfilled. If your gonna be a supper club you have to have real prime rib. Purchase an AltoSham and go low and slow starting with quality bone in rib roast. The short cuts you took were clearly evident"

"I know times are difficult saying that I was extremely disappointed in my most recent experience. I placed an online order got a conformation e-mail telling me when my order would be ready. I showed up 5 minutes early boy was that a mistake I should have taken a nap and showed up an hour late and still would have been early. From the kitchen to my home is less than 10 minutes and my food was cold. To make a long story short it took 75 minutes to get my food. Even worse I ordered on line and left a tip felt the knife going in when I left."

"What a funny evening at Bootleggers. Beautiful view of Lake Nokomis from the spacious bar and new deck. Our bartenders were friendly and accommodating delicious grass shopper, thank you. Dinner was just as delicious, we tried the Lobster Bisque, House Salad, The Mouthpiece (broiled Walleye) and The Dillinger (Atlantic Salmon, crushed with crab meat and Hollindaise sauce and asparagus spear... all super. Our server was energetic, their Northwoods hospitality was real and fun. It's nice that we have to enjoy the historical ambience before Bunny retired. Have fun."

"Unique, quantum bar/restaurant atmosphere. Food was great! Service was amazing, we might even have had a part of our own family that served us, they seemed that knowledgeable and friendly. We took a family of 8 and could build some tables together and enjoy the good food at a fair price."

"This is a strange place. When you call, owner Vicky said they are booked out of a room, but we were the only ones there except for someone who lives there. There is an inner hallway with an outer door that leaves it unlocked. All rooms are open. There is no smoking policy, but the owner Rick sits in a corner room and smokes all day. It stinks in there. In the morning there were fresh cigarette cabinets outside our terrace doors. You leave a cleaning car in the hall, if you need anything, but there was no TP on it. No problem. Strange place. I will never go again, and I do not recommend you!"
