"From the appetizer to the dessert, this is the best dining experience we have had in years. The food was spectacular, and our server Audrey was awesome. The manager even offered us a free dessert. This will be our Saturday lunch spot from now on. Thank you Half Shell!"

"The ramen had a good flavor, but too salty overall. Still, it stands out as a nice local option for those not heading to Atlanta. As for the boba tea, it was decent, but the sweetness level was way too high.Taking all these factors into consideration, a rating of 3 to 4 stars seems reasonable, considering both the positive and negative aspects of the dining experience."

"For what it is I give it 5 stars. A fast food restaurant on a major college campus. We were in town for Homecoming. It was a few hours before game time. Jack's was not our first choice but we knew anything on the strip was going to be packed with wait times. My family of four (two teens) ate for under $30. Everyone commented that the burger and fries was better than expected (Maybe we've become spoiled to think we had to spend $50 plus). I wanted to try their chicken but another day. My kids have never been to Jack's. The staff was very friendly and seemed attentive to details evem though it was a heavy crowd and probably had been for a while. TV for football watching and clean tables."

"We had a great lunch there. Yes Service was a tad slower than I like, but under the current lack of workers they have shaken it. I had the Da Boss Burger. It was perfectly boiled and surprisingly combined. Almost forget the fried pickles wow oh wow. That really did a great job. Food was great and service was amazing. Under the current climate of the need for workers, staff went beyond and beyond."
