"I have been to restaurants in many parts of the world and in Canada but never go in search good service and food. The waitress finished finished the evening by serving us coffee without spoons and never has this happened in my 25 years working in the tourism industry. Usually when mussels are served the first thing is that bread and butter has to be on the table but until we requested nothing was given. Tasteless food. Looked like the waitress was impressed by the big tip any way. I guess people pay for the view and not foe the food or service. Need to add that the bottle of wine tasted like vinegar."

"My only comment is the handicap parking. I phoned the hotel inquiring about this. the handicap parking spot was in front of the elevators with an immediate tow away sign above it????? it was difficult to find the hotel parking, it was not marked clearly. The conference parking and cruise ship parking was marked clearly"

"More authentic than a Kyoto downtown restaurant. Very crowded & noisy which adds to the ambience. Food was superb (try the black cod) fun staff and best value for quality I experienced in 4 weeks traveling in Oregon, Washington and BC"
