"This is a very pleasant eatery placed facing the lake with the Vevey community library as its neighbor. There is a good choice of vegetarian dishes and a rich brunch menu. The wine and drinks list is extensive and well chosen offering many local products. They feature several evening cultural events per month. The decoration is simple, catering to a young clientele and staff is friendly and efficient. Highly recommended for the not so formal client."

"Dans un cadre idyllique et sur une terrasse bien disposée, excellent repas servi par un personnel stylé, sympathique et prévenant.Les poissons choisis, filets de perches et loup de Méditerranée cuits parfaitement. Accompagnements succulents: ratatouille et frites à la truffe. Certes pas pour toutes les bourses, mais rapport qualité / prix tout à fait correct !"

"La seule terrasse de vevey les pieds dans l'eau...Par contre le lieu est bien fatigué et en jetant un oeil dans les coulisses de la cuisine.... un bon coup d'éponge serait nécéssaire!!!!Quand aux mets proposés rien n'est folichon.Les perches standard, la salade de chèvre grossière avec du fromage platreux et industiel,l'entrecôte de cheval servie en médaillons frites une garniture de légumes ridicule(une éffilochée de fenouil et 4 rondelles de carottes qui sentent le poisson) BEURRE A L'AIL SUPPL.2.- ail pressé enroulé dans une tranche de beurre c'est de l'abus total. les serveurs de jeunes étudiants serviable mais aucune connaissance pour répondre au client concernant les vins.A la moindre goutte d'eau ou coup de vent le cuisinier décroche les parasols en ramassant tous sur son passage!!!!!! A part le coucher de soleil rien de sensationnel."

"I 'm a 'foreign local ' and I bless the day my curiosity got the better of me and I wandered in to this 'travel agent/cafe ' in my next-door town of Vevey. George and Emmanuel who run the show are welcoming and friendly. The place might be small but with a real cosy 'home ' feel to it (don 't forget that if you are having just coffee or tea you can take it on the comfy settee . George (a Brit knows how to make a REAL PROPER POT OF TEA!!! With boiling water in a proper tea pot and real milk on request. An ex-pat Brit will know how important this is! Emmanuel is the baker and his chocolate brownies are out of this world. The menu, though limited is exceptionally good value (not often found in Switzerland! , completely fair trade/organic and delicious. It is my favourite and most visited café in Vevey."

"We were very happy to have been able to dine here one night during our short visit to Vevey. The sushi was very good for Switzerland, compared to some other sushi places I’ve visited here. The service was pleasant and polite. The restaurant is very small so you should make a reservation."

"Location was great, room cleansiness was great and staff were kind. My stay there was pleasant with good facilities. The only downside to my stay was the 15 Franc breakfast spread, which was very basic. Made more sense to walk down the road to a bakery. Overall a great experience"

"Nous avons toujours très bien été reçu, à 2, 4 ou même en groupe (réservation conseillée)Les plats sont bons (mais un peu gras), ont du goût et une addition totale par personne (soupe, plat, riz et boisson) d'environ 40CHFLe service est sympa, même si il faut parfois parler anglais. Les fondues doivent être prises par multiples de 2 (??). Si 5 personnes veulent une fondue, soit ils trouvent une 6e personne, soit une personne abandonne. Les plats de viandes / légumes sont déjà prêts et formatés."
