"Fuel feels like you’re on a vacation, even when you’ve just walked in from the neighborhood. The owners are accessible and super friendly and the new chef, Cap, imports incredible seafood from Florida, the Bahamas, Jamaica, etc. Not only is Cap super friendly, he’s got to be the best chef in Villa Park at this point. The ceviche, conch, shrimp and lobster are all so fresh and so delicious. It’s hard to believe you can taste the Caribbean so authentically in Villa Park."

"My family and I are visiting Kansas. My mother is from Puebla and its difficult restaurants serving delicious Cemitas and Tacos Arabes. We were greeted as soon as we came in. The waitress was so sweet and friendly. Our food came out very quickly. We ordered the cemitas, tacos arabes, tacos de asada and huevos con chorizo. Everything was delicious! Agua de mango was very refreshing, not excessively sweet. Churros came hot and crisp. We enjoyed our food so much we ordered to go to Tortas and Cemitas! My mother and grandma rated everything 10/10 (you know how it is good). I wish we had this jewel of a restaurant in Kansas! Very recommended!!"
