"We spent a wonderful week at Mulino Nannare. The owner Anna has created a beautiful place to stay and to dine. She renovated the old mill and does all the work herself designing, gardening, and cooking. Our room Rosmarino was spacious and serene. It had every convenience one needs, as well as a beautiful view over the countryside. You can do nice hikes walking directly from the mill and can explore many villages of the Balagne by driving a little further. It's just a short drive to the gorgeous beaches and interesting towns along the coast. Our days began and ended with Anna's wonderful food. She is a talented and passionate chef who creates dishes that are delicate but with a great depth of flavour. She grows and sources the highest quality ingredients the cheeses were fabulous. Every dinner was a new surprise everything homemade, including traditional Corsican dishes and Italian specialties. If you cannot stay here overnight, at least have dinner here! Anna is very professional but she also has great warmth and kindness; we greatly enjoyed talking with her. Her Mulino is welcoming, peaceful and relaxing a wonderful base to explore this beautiful part of Corsica. This was a very special stay. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5"
