"So never been there until tonite, yes I was a bit late I get that around 1:25 pm too a bit to layecto force until they called last call which I was there last min, I asked for ONE more drink/SHOT /and she/he said no when other girls order before me and offered me a shot late the NEXT DAY! This only places is about money and looks which I could have figured out ab more money until this. Will never go back af this!"

"We book this hotel each year for a weekend (or more stays) during the State Fair. The location is amazing, just across the street. You get to avoid all the hassles of parking, and have a place to rest your head after a long day at the fair, ready to start up again in the morning! Check in is hit or miss. Often it can take a LONG time. I have no idea what they do behind that desk on the computer, but 1, 000 clicks later they seem to find our reservations. Definitely noticed on our last visit that the hotel is greatly in need of a re-do or freshening up. I consider this to be a fairly new hotel, yet it is so worn and torn. It works for us as a place to sleep, but wouldn't be a choice if it weren't that we were going to the State Fair. We took advantage of the free breakfast on one stay and it was decent. We have not used the pool or the restaurant, so can't comment on those amenities. Hubby is lifetime diamond, so these are point stays for us, and always include complimentary waters and sometimes a snack. We had the hardest time getting reservations for the 2022 fair, but finally figured out they were requiring a two night stay."

"Wow! Had the ham and turkey and was remarkable. I ordered a large and after the order was in they happened to be out of the large bread, so they brought out 2 regular sandwiches (other sandwich not shown in my photo) without even asking. Please support this locally owned business. Real food.. real good. Good vibe too!"

"Gotta love the WI State Fair!I 've actually worked the fair the past 10 years now! While I only usually work a day or two since working FT otherwise I still make sure to keep the tradition going! This year was the first in those 10 were I actually went to the fair on a day I wasn 't working to fully enjoy it!We had a great time trying out Sporkies/Drinkies and other new food/drink items, along with traditional fair staples like corn on the cob and an extra large sized corn dog! If looking to try the annual Sporkies I recommend mapping out your day! Lines are usually longer at those locations and some of the vendors might be on completely opposite sides of the fair grounds!Also do bring a mix of cash and card because there are still quite a few vendors that only accept cash especially in the WI products pavilion. If going on a weekend after 12pm know it 's going to be busy!!! Especially if you plan on parking in the WI Fair lots- don 't try and get into the main lot at that time you 'll wait well over 20-3mins! Make your way to the lot off 76th and swing wide to avoid the traffic that might be for the main lot."
