"That was the first trip of my family to “Motor City”. we were super excited as the city has a rich African history. we thought to stop the journey; we would stay in the raised marriott at eagle crest. big mistake. n n nwhile I must say that the lobby is beautiful, the entire stay in this hotel was a fine. we were in holiday inn express before we travel to detroit. it was ten times better than this hotel. on the one hand we had no bell cars to load our luggage. it is a long walk from the front doors to the elevators. Please note that the only way to access their rooms is from the entrance hall. the room smells like “peace and sneakers”. the beds were flat, and it seemed that we were missing furniture. When my mother checked in, the person she checked in was not almost as friendly as she expected. the shower was not clean, and we had minimal towels. there is no room service and the hotel does not come every day to clean the room. While we understand that this is a new COVID protocol, no one even came to empty the mülls. big! Now I have to say that there were 2 African American writings: one man and one weave. they were divine! They made the stay portable, and we appreciate it enormously. I wish I had their names, but they both worked at the weekend night shift. the city is dead even though it is an alleged college city. after 9 o'clock is nothing open which makes it difficult to eat or snacks, since detroit is closed at a certain time. n nes was not worth the money. it would be another story if the rooms were $50-75 per night. the rooms are not cheap. the entire experience felt infertile, so I had to share my experience with the public."

"My favorite restaurant in Washtenaw county. I send everyone I know here when they ask for a restaurant recommendation. All of the food is delicious, the staff is so kind. I absolutely love the Moroccan coffee they do as well. I can’t say enough nice things about this wonderful family business! A true gem in the community for sure."

"Dined on outdoor patio. We had a dog with us and they were so sweet to her, they even brought her water! Great food. Enjoyed happy hour Monday afternoon. Wonderful waiter and other staff. I would highly recommend."

"The burgers are good but in my opinion do not live up to the hype. It was most definitely under-sized to the weight of the beef listed in the menu even considering how ground beef reduces when it cooks. Neither burger was cooked as we requested. The service could surely have been better, even with a measure of grace for current food service industry challenges. They had plenty of staff and weren 't very busy at the time. Overall, they over promise in their marketing and menu Best burger in....!!! but under deliver on the plate. I 'll go back if it 's convenient and I would recommend considering them for a meal, just enter with more realistic expectations. Perhaps they were among the best at one time, but honestly, I 've had much better burgers at non-burger restaurants without the hype."

"Let me tell you about a good burger. I went here we had time to kill to meet somebody. So I came to bobcat. It was busy for Monday. When I came inside, the host greeted and sat me right away. Then within a minute the server Liz gave me a water and condiments. I had the just eat it Burger with curly fries. I have to say I was highly impressed. So now you wondering why the four stars, well the portion of the curly fries was pretty small. Plus if they serve no shakes that would be a heaven to me if they did. Other than that great job great service great food. Will definitely be back to visit keep up the great work"

"I've loved this place since it was first introduced to me by my ex in 2012. I liked it enough to superceed the association between the two! Personal life aside, I'll say I adore it. It's simple, chill, and I THINK cozy. There's only been a couple awful baristas who were thankfully short-lived in their employment here. My experience with the crew has pretty much been amazing! Foodwise, I highly enjoy it! But try it yourself, flavor is subjective. I like the coffee as well, but for me, it takes a back seat to the other things (just being honest). Cheers."
