"Everything about this restaurant reminded me of home, Malaysia ! The portions were huge and all the dishes were amazing. We ordered the satay, Malaysian curry, sambal belacan water spinach, laksa, hot and sour soup, and roti canai. The satay is extremely well seasoned, had a great crunch yet very tender on the inside. Honestly, one of the best satay I’ve had in a very very long time! If you appreciate FLAVOUR, you’ll love this restaurant :"

"As a Hyderabadi, I feel the Biryanis at Biryani Bay are very authentic. Their Menu have a mix of both Hyderabadi and Andhra flavours. Biryanis have good portion size and their spice levels are a bit high especially Chicken Biryani, but spice lovers will enjoy it. Service Quality is amazing."

"We have visited many Times and it has become one of our favourite eating experiences, the staff are incredibly friendly and accomodating regarding minor additions or changes to our favourite dishes. The quality of the food just keeps getting better, the menu is varied and has many vegan options, the resturant is well maintained toilets are spotless,table service is fast and the food is always fresh and piping hot A perfect setting for a quiet meal in an absolutely amazing location Thank you Team Fensheng"

"Food was very nice and also enjoyed their coffee drinks. They also have a nice selection of desserts but did not try them. The service was very good as well and attentive. Pricing of meals is not on the cheaper side which is my only complaint as I was served a meal on chipped plates which is ok for a cheap street eats but not really for the setting and pricing of Papa Rich. Still giving 5 stars as it may be a one off."

"Went there and try when they first opened, it was better. Last week, went there , the waiter incorrectly ordered the wrong food for us even the fact that I confirmed with him twice. When he placed the food on our table , he realised he made a mistake , however , he didn't want to do anything but force us to keep the wrong order. All dishes were soaked in oil and salt. Not worth the expense price. Couldn't keep the original level anymore. Won't go again."

"Service is good. Most of the time are busy. Need to queue. I went there quite often. Nice foods but a bit expensive compared to other Malaysian food restaurant. Gula Melaka tau fu fa is always my favorite dessert and may not able to try at the restaurant."

"Ordered on Deliveroo customer service was appalling. They ran out of the item I wanted and asked if I wanted to swap for something else but couldn’t confirm if I would get the difference refunded if it was cheaper than my original item. I didn’t want to swap and asked if I could cancel my order explaining that one of two couldn’t eat then. The man continued to be extremely argumentative and said “bad luck” before hanging up on me. Won’t be eating here again the food is overpriced anyway."
