"Came across this place while out for a morning walk and came back for the shave ice. The shave ice is so delicious and full of flavour. The tropical was so juicy and the peanut butter tasted like a milkshake. Will definitely be back when we are back in Hawaii!"

"This small place had some creative drinks, teas, smoothies and other items you can choose. Very refreshing and delicious. This was my first visit here and I received great service, samples to taste some interesting fruits I never heard and great recommendations. I love the drinks bottles where the smoothies were served. Instead of a paper cup or a typical plastic cup, they feel like a cool water bottle that you can use again. Love it has a screw on lid so you can seal it. Worth a visit if you need a refreshing drink."

"This review is for poor judgement and customer service. There was one barista working and one cashier helping a customer. I stood behind the customer who was taking some time purchasing a gift card as there was no one working the other register. The barista looked right at me as she was making a drink as I was the ONLY other customer waiting to be helped. Another customer came in and stood behind me and an elderly gentlemen came in and went to the empty register where he placed his empty Starbucks cup down and was trying to get organized with some things in his hands. The barista walked up to the empty register and asked the guy by name what he wanted. It was at that time I noticed a male employee who was out of sight behind the empty register on the phone (I think he was sitting on the floor) scurry to the side so that the barista could take the order at that register. The barista then looks at me and says something like were any of you here before and she looks at the guy. You looked right at me when I was the ONLY one in line behind the lady being serviced. Instead of asking who was next you bypassed two people ahead of your friend. Totally disrespectful and apparently you thought our time was not as important as your friend 's time."

"Check in/out was easy. Room was VERY clean. Breakfast to go , for the week we stayed consisted of 1 boiled egg, 1 trail mix bar, 1 fruit (apple/ orange), bread (in form of , pancake, bagel of bread slice(with jelly, syrup, cream cheese compliment). Upgrade for under $8 for french toast/pancakes, eggs, bacon, and I think coffee. McDs is 1 block down so we didn 't bother. Hardly ran A/C, kept opening balcony door (10th floor) for fresh air. There is a free DVD kiosk for use. (never used it). Car rental on first floor (again, never used it) and complimentary pool/beach towels. NO MICROWAVE on premises, and fridge is in the room. Store on first floor is SO reasonable on prices. They have beer, desserts, clothes, souveniers....etc. Distilled water machine for you to refill your water bottle on lobby floor. Elevators were quick and empty all the time! Very quiet on grounds, some noisy people on ground level a few nights, but the proximity to PD maintained that and it was really not an issue. Traveled with my teenage son and friends."
