"When I booked a table for on Dec a few weeks ago, I checked the prices and opted for lunch instead of dinner because it was cheaper. Crown sent a text for me to confirm a couple of days before the date, which...I did. At around while we're still eating staff, distributed the bills and asked patrons to head to the reception to pay! I thought that was rude. When I went to pay, the cost charged per head was which is not the price that was on the list when we booked. I was told I'm being charged the festive prices. I would have never booked had I been told that the prices were going to change. Crown not only unilaterally increased the prices but also failed to advise the consumer of the change in the published (agreed) prices at the time of the booking. Had they told me, I would have cancelled the booking because the terms of then purchase arrangement has changed. All they kept saying is that Crown, in the fine writing, advised that it can change the prices. I'm fine with suppliers changing its prices, but suppliers generally advise their clients of the change in the price. I was stuck, I already ate the food, which put me in awkward position and I spent significantly more than I wanted. Crown- you're a very profitable business- you don't need to rip off your customers. And don't tell me the change in prices was recently published- I'm not sitting at home checking your website for a price change when the onus is on you to alert customers that booked based on the old prices. Staff- aside from the two girls greeting you no staff had a a smile! Where is the customer service that matches the increase in prices? Will never go again! My advice- check the prices hours before you go and if you want to cancellation rules before you do so as they take your credit card details when you book."

"If you want a higher end but casual meal at a pub, the Merrywell is for you. Well priced and quality meals pub meals just require you to queue to order before delivery to your seated area. The menu even has typical US bar items such as nachos and sliders. The serves are generous in size. The bar has a great selection of all drinks at reasonable prices. A couple of notes. Credit cards draw a surcharge and if you want to order a good scotch or spirit neat, you will need to go elsewhere as these must be served with a mixer."

"Surprisingly very ordinary with an extremely small menu. Food was very bland and in small proportions. The young waiter however was 5 star ! I have eaten in many Asian restaurant to back streets of Hong Kong to real 5 star establishments in Singapore and...this was overall the most boring ever experienced. My local cheap Chinese takeaway beats them hands down! Also while I can, let me mention the lack of Covid mask control in the Crown was very disappointing No proper control when entering or when inside. We couldn't wait to leave!"

"Nice for a casual drink at the Crown. Situated on the gaming floor, Meah is always buzzing and full of people. Have always found it easy to get a drink through, lots of staff on the floor. Lovely cocktails too!"

"Cotta at Crown Perth is a vastly different experience from Cotta at Crown Melbourne. Rather than being a full Italian eatery, it is in fact a small cafe on the main gaming floor. It provides nice coffee, milk based drinks, light snacks and a small choice of bottled beer. Convenient for a coffee on the run."
