"As an American visiting a small German city in the Bavarian alps, I desperately tried to find a decent restaurant in the center. To my surprise, all the signs outside the establishments were only in German. So after walking through the center, I couldn't understand...anything that the restaurants were offering. As I was walking back to my hostel I spotted a burger King.of course I was ecstatic. I had a simple combo of a sandwich +fries+drink at a very reasonable price. And after such a long search for a place to eat. This was the tastiest meal of my life"

"I was in Garmisch with my Family. We arrived late Friday evening, and my wife decided to rest while I took my 4 kids (teens and 20's) out for dinner. All the restaurants were busy, and we decided to see if Dolce Vita could find room for us outside on a nice night. "Do you have a reservation" is always a scary question when you have not planned ahead, but they accepted that I did not, and offered to move some empty tables once a couple finished paying their bill. We had 4 beers, 2 bottles of wine, 4 soft drinks and a bottle of water, plus meals for 5, and spent less than $30 per person. When a Coke costs more than a beer, I thought this was a great surprise. Everyone liked their food, and I had an excellent entree of Gnocchi. We liked it so much that we went back a few nights later with my wife so she could try the food. The service was friendly and prompt, and we never felt rushed to finish dinner and move on. It was a great place to sit outside on a June night, eat a nice meal, and enjoy each other's company. I would go back here again if I were lucky enough to return to Garmisch."

"The location of the restaurant is within the hotel. Staff was courteous and seated us efficiently. I had the goulash soup which was a bit heavy with paprika but otherwise fine. It was not salty. My wife had trout which she enjoyed. She neded to debone the fish herself. Overall, a pleasant experience."

"We always go to Enzo's at least 3-4 times when we are in Garmisch. I am from this city and visit once or twice a year. It's a favorite place to eat for locals as well as visitors who stumbled upon it. The food is...always fresh and prepared to perfection.. The owner is the head waiter, so you know the service is A+. It's just a few steps back from the main street and has parking.. A great place to sit outside in the warmer months. Def. would recommend to visit this restaurant."
