"The lobstick lodge, probably belonging to the group mountain park lodges, has already seen better days! the associated restaurant unfortunately offers nothing special, and what there is is very overpriced! the personal is annoyed when you visit the restaurant as a hotel guest!"

"I come here regularly. Pleasant quiet atmosphere in the pub side, and comfy booths in the restaurant side. Very friendly staff. Good place to enjoy a big breakfast or a quiet drink."

"Waiter with the eyebrow piercing is terrible. Took 25 mins to get an iced tea. Pasta tasted like a block of butter. Got seated at a dirty table was told it would be cleaned and never was. When I'm paying over $50 for a meal I expect better."

"I talked to the management on my trip that advised me that they would have recycling containers this year! They do NOT and Managment did not do what they would do. Sunwapta Falls Rocky Mountain Lodge is one of the few hotels that DOES NOT... have recycling options in a national park! Unfortunately, the only place for recycling is in the garbage."

"The staff in here are very pleasant, super friendly to children, and willing to help travelers in need of advice. The coffee won't disappoint or overwhelm. Didn't try any of the food but it did look decent. They serve this beer called Modelo that I haven't seen before that I'm now particularly fond of. Nice art on the walls that bring up the atmosphere is what is probably a challenging spot to do so."

"The first thing that has a little skipped is that the room is quite cramped and the tables are small and unpleasant, but the staff in the restaurant is quite polite. The menu is quite limited, so we chose shells for starters, ordered 2 New...York steaks and 2 glasses of beer. The shells were delicious and fresh and we expected we could enjoy the main course. When the court was brought to us, it looked attractive, although it is not clear that the addition to the steak was from Italian cuisine, I took a photo and a small video. We ordered steak the middle roast, but we were disappointed, the meat was hard, there were many veins in it that just did not chew and it was completely raw. The evening was ruined. The waiter offered Dessert, but we refused because we wanted to leave the place as soon as possible. We asked for the bill and here we got another robbery. A tip of 24.85 was automatically added to check for 138.08. A tip is a voluntary gesture of a customer who liked the service and wants to thank you, and in this restaurant it is blackmail. But this is not the main thing, our stomachs could not digest the inferior flesh, we had both politic stomach and we had a sleepless night and a ruined one the next day. Of course, there will be no longer any desire, as price and quality are far from each other. Our health is important to us. Our rating would be a minus 10."

"After spending an afternoon walking/hiking through Maligne Canyon, Maligne Canyon Restaurant is a lovely spot to unwind. I have visited a few times now and particularly enjoyed my afternoon tea! Staff is friendly, food is great and the setting couldn't get any better."
