"It was a cool grey day so we sat inside. Just ticked the boxes when we were hungry but nothing special. We both had a chicken, lettuce cranberry sandwich just like home. Couldn’t see anything particularly interesting on menu maybe a couple of things but quite expensive. We were able to share a small pot of tea $4.50 which was good as I resent paying $8 for a pot with 1 teabag in it like you do at some places. Staff were friendly/service prompt."

"The food was excellent. The main was beautiful but huge. We celebrated our 53rd wedding anniversary there 3 years ago so to come back for this anniversary evoked warm and fuzzy feelings of that night.. then it was a gathering of extended family and friends from near and far. What a wonderful night made perfect by the food that was served and the service provided by the staff both before and during the event. Last Tuesday was just the two of us. the food and service equal to 3 years ago. definitely recommend Bella Vista.. it is a 5 star restaurant."

"Our group included grandparents, parents and children. We all enjoyed the very good service to our outdoor table in a sunny setting. The waiter service totally complemented the authentic Thai food prepared by the cafe’s Thai chef. The special extras given to our young children made us all very satisfied with our lunch outing."

"The fish and chips is the go on a sunny non-windy day or when the sun starts to go down in summer. Can be very noisy with young kids running round screaming (mostly having fund chasing birds)."

"This place is a sweat. I have sent my order (gyudon). the bark meat they are used is the most favorable cut amount of fat and lipids. very small portion also. ate the half of my teller and left. I am surprised why it has a high rating! it looks like people in canberra are not exposed to much Japanese food, so that is already good enough for them. If they try to eat Japanese in sydney, they will never be back to this place."

"The best place to be... for a delicious breakfast with fantabulous hospitality. Me and my cousin went yesterday morning for having breakfast. We ordered the hangover wrap and hot chocolate and latte. We were surprised to see the discount provided by the staff. It was so kind and courteous of him. The hangover wrap was out of the world, a unique one and I've never seen it anywhere else. Bacon, egg, hashbrown wrap... and it was super yummmm.. The way they presented was awesome. Recommend everyone to try out this dish and share their reviews. And last but not the least, the whole menu there is fully customisable. How wonderful that could be?"

"Had the pho, fried whole barramundi, clay pot rice with duck, and mixed vegetables. Everything was delicious and service was great - they kept topping up our water, explaining a bit about the food, and the owner/chef came out for a chat at the end.

"I found Can Tho in my first year of uni. I've since graduated but my love of Can Tho remains. The owner has always been so friendly and seems like a real cutie.We have mainly just been here for steaming hot bowls of spicy, fragrant pho tai (the ultimate comfort food) but lately my boyfriend and I have also loved the pork and prawn cold rolls, the prawn toast and the calamari. All very tasty and generous!"
