"I have been to several Coffeeshop Company branches (it is basically Austria's answer to Starbucks) in Austria and CEE and this is among the nicer ones. It is located on the ground floor of City Arkaden Mall and ideal for an energy kick before or after an extended shopping spree. Quick and friendly service (yes, there is table service) with a glass of water automatically included as any proper coffee shop in Austria does. You can also customise your drinks and ask e.g. for just one pump of flavour. I have never eaten anything there (but at other branches - nice bagels and toasted sandwiches, I remember) Will definitely be back."

"The lunch doesn't have to be expensive or terrible time-consuming. we found this small place that was only 3 minutes walk from the city arcade and on the same place as the offices of the city burial director was fucked into a place. but don't let you be so frightened!. service and eating were very good and we both had a beautiful Austrian mixed salat and truthahn cordon bleu with French pommes. eat very tasty and huge portions that we barely finish. platz was almost empty and probably a Nite spot, as some cigarette smell in the dining room that our waiter left by opening a side door and lighting a fragrant candle. for the first time I had cordon bleu with not only cheese and ham in the middle, but also a fried egg nice touch. we only had water to drink as we had something to do, but our bill was only 20 euro with the top!"
