"Best Italian food I’ve had in SF in a while (I also haven’t lived in the Bay in a while). Carbonara was fantastic. Roman pizza was better than the one I had in Rome. Will be back!"

"If you are looking for a restaurant / bar with a nice atmosfere, good service, delicious food and good service, this is the place to be. The bar was remodelled end of 2016 and expanded to house enough people to make it also interesting for bigger groups. The terras is nice both in summer and winter, but inside you will notice the biggest changes. The bar is wide with enough seating for people who want to have a good time, and the upstairs part gives a little bit of a more private feeling.New after the rebuild is the darts-corner, where also ladies can show there stuff: the regular players are always welcoming new challengers!Something that has stayed, are the special nights. Monday there is a poker table set up, on which a friendly game is played. The low buy-in makes sure that everybody can play without feeling it in the wallet. Tuesday night is a pub quiz, every week something different with a nice first price (playing is free). Wednesday is lady's night, with special drinks and other offers for the fairer sex, and thursday is reserved for the ladies too, but then in the darts corner. This night you can also request your own music, which will give a more personal touch to the evening.Several nights the DJ will be there, and the music is focussed on an international public. And - unlike normal Peruvian bars - the sound level is kept down a little bit. This means that normal conversations are still possible, but you will also be able to enjoy the music.At last, but not at least a big thumbs up for the new menu. I was missing coffee and tea, but the food makes more then up for that. All dishes have recently been completely been redone, both in recipe and in presentation, without driving the prices up. I can recommend several dishes from experience, and you can taste that the ingredients are fresh and well prepared. Kitchen is open almost all night too, which is a big advantage."

"Although not inexpensive, you pay for really good quality food and juices. You can enjoy fresh fruit juices prepared at the moment and there is a list with recommended combinations, but you can create your own too. About the sandwichs, I had an asado (roast)...one, with tomato and avocado, and I loooooved it. But if you are a vegetarian, there are options for you too. I will definitely recommend it to other travellers looking for a good taste of Peru's capital"

"This was my first time visiting Fiesta after a few recommendations. I had planned a night out as doble 50th birthday celebration for my beloved sister and brother-in-law at another renown restaurant. We ended up switching reservations to Fiesta. The evening started a bit shaky...with a table that was less than ideal as it was located next to the entrance door. Also, our server was not at his best and made me want to ask for a different server. Luckily the evening made a turn for the positive when I asked to be placed a different table. We started with Cebiche Caliente which was tasty and every bite made me like the dish even more. The flavors of the ají were well paired with the rest of the fish. The next dish was the fish, mero, that was absolutely beautiful, perfectly cooked and the flavors were just right and didn’t need the sauce that accompanied the fish. The Arroz con Pato came in two styles, the rice by itself and the concolón, which is the burnt rice scrapped from the bottom of the pan. Both were delicious and flavorful. The third dish was the Seco de Cabrito, which came highly recommended. Also tasty and incredibly tender. To finish the evening, we ordered the Helado de Cacao that anyone with dairy and lactose intolerance may easily enjoy. Additionally, the Kinkon hecho en casa was the highlight of the evening. Carefully and thinly layered, this kinkon was delicately prepared with the right amount of pineapple jams and a thin crust made of peanut brittle that gave the dessert the extra touch. This kinkon brought me to tears. I had to ask for the chef responsible for this beautiful dish. Chef Dante was gracious to come out and greet us. I had to shake his hand for making such a traditional dessert such a piece of edible art. I high suggest trying the hierba Luisa tea. I barely give reviews and this gastronomical experience was worth the review. Im refraining from giving a 5 star because of the service. It needs improvement and consistency. Other than that, I highly recommend coming to this restaurant. Bravo Fiesta!"
