"If you happen to be in Montauban, do visit this place for dinner! It is located next to the river (and, as far as I could understand, the name means something like "water drifting by"). I did not see that a restaurant has a view of the river, however, although the view was mentioned in the reception of our hotel. Inside, it is quite cosy and a bit modernistic. Ask a waiter for a daily menu. Our French is horrible and his English was not excellent, but we managed to find a common language - great food and wine. After I rejected his offer of sweet white wine (ew!), the (dry) wine recommended by the waiter serving us was a top notch. But we were willing to spend about 20 Eur a bottle. Well worth it for a romantic dinner. Food was inventive, fresh and very tasty."
