"This is a great place to have a big breakfast or brunch. The menu is nicely done with all kinds of breakfast. If you don't like eggs (in nearly every thing on the breakfast menu) you can choose other things but lactose free food is...hard to find. If you don't mind that on Saturday and Sunday morning the restaurant is completely staked and you have to wait for service its worth the visit."

"Museum restaurants can be delightful, like the one in New York’s MoMA, or less so, like the one in Toronto’s ROM. The one attached to the Bayerisches Nationalmuseum belongs in the former category. We both had gazpacho; my wife had the Flammkuchen; I had the...veal tongue. It was thinly sliced and served with mushrooms and a sauce: very tasty! The gazpacho was also very good. The service seemed a bit lackadaisical: we asked for sparkling water and got still, and it took rather long for our main courses to appear. The venue is attractive, however, and on balance I warmly recommend this restaurant."
