"This restaurant is run out of the Tobermory Lodge by separate owners. The lodge itself has become a shabby interpretation of it's bygone self. But the small restaurant that operates from this location is actually a nice place to take a meal. We prefer to eat outside and enjoy the view of the harbour. We own a cottage in the village, so Tubby's is a place we visit throughout the summer. The owner's and staff are personable and friendly. They provide professional service and deliver a lovely dinner."

"This place is open early and is central in the harbour. if you are looking for a decent breakfast and you need a quick bite before catching a boat tour, this location will provide the service is fast and friendly. we had omelette and French toast that were good."

"Organized and clean, the ferry was a great way to travel to Manitoulin Island. Although not inexpensive it was a fun experience. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was good - good time to sit and have a breakfast by a window (lovely scenery)! while travelling to Manitoulin, this way we were ready to explore the minute we got off the ferry - we didn't have to search for a breakfast place. I would recommend!"
