"My husband and I visited last week and were very impressed apart from the fact we didn’t get our starter we ordered. One of the nicest tortellini I’ve had with a lovely sauce. The missing starter meant we had room for dessert, always a bonus,...and I had a lovely chocolate mousse and my husband a delicious cheesecake. Beautiful location to sit and watch the world go by as you eat and the staff were very friendly. The best place we ate in Porto"

"Having been entertained superbly for lunch, we were not exactly hungry, so, having studied the menu offer, decided that we did not need a desert and took a started and main course. When it came to the bill, we noticed that we had been charged for two menus. Having challenged this,the waiter came back and said that it was cheaper to take two menus, because then the bread, butter and water would not be charged. What wonderful service! How often would you find a restaurant actually saving the customer money rather than charging every cent? By the way, the food was superb and the wine list was extensive and the price was good too! The only sad note was that the restaurant was nearly empty."
