"Booked table for three. Seated promptly and offered menus, took nearly 15 minutes for someone to come and take our order. Took over 30 minutes for starters to arrive 2 cold one hot. Food was reasonable but nothing to write home about. Then it took another 20 minutes for the main courses to arrive. We did not have dessert as it was getting too late. All old it took nearly 2 1/2 ours to get through 2 courses. Food wasn't too bad and good sized helpings. Cannot see what the problem was, the restaurant was virtually empty only about 5 tables of customers, and there were plenty of staff. Unless we are forced to because the other restaurant is closed(is on a Sunday) we will not use this restaurant again if we stay at the Hilton T5"
