"Since Covid-19 this Panda Express quality of food is horrible. I ordered a plate orange chicken with fried rice. The chicken didn't have any orange sauce and the batter covering the chicken was as hard as a rock, I think I chiped a tooth. Last thing, when I was finished ordering the person read back my order and there was a bowl added to my order and when I told the person I didn't order a bowl the person argued with me and said yes you did! I was taken back and politely said no I didn't and asked for it to be removed. When I got home low and behold there was a bowl in my bag that I didn't order. All I can say is WOW where has customer service gone too..."

"The service is slow here, the food looks over cooked and burnt first thing i did was sample the food… just horrible the cooks know they can’t cook i rather not eat here and get food poisoning. They need to hire all the good cooks from years ago when they had panda express in Annapolis Mall. Wish they were still there."

"They couldn't figure out how to use the $5 gift card that I got previously from their own store's promotion. Made up some BS about how the gift card was only good until last week despite the gift card saying it expires 3/31/23. Finally their manager said they couldn't honor the coupon or give me the discount but I could hold onto the coupon. Lol. I left and went to the next Panda Express who knew exactly how to use the gift card. Incompetent!!"
