"This rating is actually just for the service. We haven't had a chance to try the actual cupcakes yet but we stopped by the Nashville location today because we were visiting from Florida. I just wanted to say that the service was five stars from your employee Floyd who helped us. "I come into the load to buy a baby shower cake and was very nicely treated by the young lady who created me. we have set ourselves to eat a cupcake to taste first product. 5 minutes later a woman came from behind and asked us to go from the table where we sat because she had someone else there to discuss cake. that had to be the rougher what they could do with a customer. you just showed me I wasn't important enough to be there. I will not come back and let my family and friends know how I was treated in this facility."
