"I've been to the restaurant a bunch of times and I love the quality of service and especially the food. Our server was the one of the worst this time around. He acted as if we were doing him a favor. Yahir, we don't come to the establishment to eat for free. We work in customer service and the managers of our company and especially the owner would be appalled if we treated our customers the way we were treated. Just cut and dry didn't even feel like we had a server. I've been to Mastro's at least times and I've never received that sort of treatment.i mean from start to finish our table felt like if we had done something to Yahir on a personal level. It was just not a great experience except for the food Sorry to say but that's was a cringing experience when we sat down until we left. The hostess was nice but personally not her job to make us feel and experience the dining experience at Mastro's Steakhouse Norman"

"Wow! What happened to that place? Is it different owner now? We were buying there for a long time and it's not what it used to be. The BBQ chicken pizza we were always buying was exquisite... not today... terrible is even nice to say about the whole experience. The crust is so bad, was made from frozen pizza! why I need to pay premium price for pizza that tastes like it bought from the frozen section from the store). The bbq chicken topping is horrendous, never eat that bad in my life. People, my suggestion, do not waste money on that place. I wish I can put 0 stars."
