"The capitol is a former cinema that has been converted into a restaurant. the kitchen has been around 1 year open (similar to vapiano,), however, there is a service. the service is good and also eating tastes good, however the atmosphere is through the bright light and the space division is not optimally used to my mind. However, the capitol is located in the middle of the city, so it is easy to reach and in the summer can be sat very nice outside."
