"Had a family dinner to celebrate my mother's birthdayArrived to an empty dining room with large tables - the only table for 4 had no lighting near it. Basic decor with one table left dirty, no table cloths. Pizza oven not operational, extremely basic After waiting a while, I eventually had to call through the kitchen to get some service only to be told I had to order at the main bar.I went to place my order - the menu has not been updated as they have changed some options.I ordered the tasting plate to share - it came with extra food on it but no bread as stated on the menu and had the worst ever pieces of what I presume was supposed to be pork crackle - tasteless - just like polystyreneThe description from the menu appeared to be a light on dish so I also ordered the arrancini - which were divine with yummy sauces. They arrived first and when the tasting plate arrived, there were 2 more on there.There wast a pentiful amount of food but we would have liked some bread to go with the cured meats.For mains, I ordered veal parmigiana - only to be told they do not get veal in anymore as they have been disappointed with the quality of the meat in the past. So mum opted for the chicken. Ordered scotch fillet for dad, and I opted for the fish and chips. Placed our drink order at the same time which was handy. I got given a bucket with three lots of cutlery and also an added steak knife was placed there.When our meals arrived, the steak did not so we presumed he could not carry 3 dishes. We waited a while and then I got up and went to the bar to query where our third meal was. Barman told me I had not ordered it. When I insisted, he walked off and ignored me.So, my 90 yr old father was left without a meal! I did not get a receipt nor did the person come anywhere near us after that. Luckily we were able to share our meals.I cannot fathom why he would deliver 2 meals to a table of 3 and not question it. Nor can I understand the rudeness not to be of assistance when I pointed out the error.I assume he forgot to charge me, but I would have preferred that to the treatment I received.You really need to lift your game vent6! You will continue to lose customers at this rate. You have a great view so lift your decor and most importantly, your customer service and attitude."

"First visit tonight and I'll definitely be back, looks like they have cool live music sessions and cheap deals each day of the week! We tried the hot rocks which was definitely interesting, sort of funny to sit there essentially cooking your own meal but it ended up pretty delicious if I do say so myself ; the staff were all lovely ESPECIALLY Jack, really amazing customer service and just seems like a top bloke, he's a real asset to the business. Also OMG the blue cheese mushrooms entree.... yummmmmmmmm"
