"The "Prime" ribeye was not prime and tasted horrible. It appeared and tasted like it was grilled on a burnt grill that had not ever been cleaned (steak covered with pieces of char), and the steak quality was not good. Service was almost non-existent at times even though there were only a few tables occupied. It was very unfortunate that this restaurant was highly recommended by my hotel, so I informed the hotel about my meal so that they could warn other customers about the possibility of getting a bad meal and less than adequate service. Will never go back! Diners beware!"
