"Actually, I'd be awarded a 3 4 for that paolino, but it's not possible. I have now chosen the 3 because I was simply disappointed compared to the many praise I had heard and read so far. The ambience is pleasant, but from my point of view it is worth the highest 3 stars, as it looks somewhat uncomfortable with tile floor and high rooms. Even acoustically, the gas chest is not exactly a highlight. I find the ambience almost too cool and sober. The service is very friendly and also pleasantly reserved. The card is small but fine and probably changes very often. At noon there is a special lunch card with cheap menus. I have experienced the food itself very differently: in some cases something sweet (in the middle of the day), sometimes excellent, fish and meat dishes very good pasta, on the other hand, too sharp and sometimes also 'loveless'. I never found the desserts very well, but I also only know those from the lunch table. The wine selection is also good. The lunch table is relatively cheap, so the claim here is also somewhat lower, so I can safely award 4 stars. In the evening, however, prices are quite higher, so that I always expect good quality and, if necessary, a little more reaction to criticism than really? At the end of the evening at 10:00 a.m., it can become uncomfortable and there is no delay. It's gonna cost me a star. Conclusion: if something more conflicting would be dealt with with criticism, and if something was worked on cosiness (on the evening and on the room), paoline certainly deserves 4, if not even 5 stars."
