"It's hard too give this spot 3 stars because of the great service and I will definitely try it again but too many items came from the kitchen cold. The appetizers which were fried shrimp and crab cakes which were the hottest item we received. They were both tasty and unique in how they were prepared. Now too the entrees. The cod was tasty and prepared well but it was very lukewarm and the broccolini was COLD. The crawfish ravioli was very cool and the texture seemed like it was undercooked. The bread pudding had such a wonderful taste until I reached the middle and it wasn't warm all the way through. I'll definitely return because off the great customer service and the potential too be better but this first visit fell flat because of what I'm used too at restaurants."

"We had a blast! Love Indian food and this place meets expectations! Owners came out to greet us and also gave a complementary mango yogurt drink. (For the spice, which I loved but can be a bit spicy on the 10 level) Get out and check it out! Support local businesses. And as always be sweet and kind to one another."

"I was really excited to come back to this restaurant only to have the worst most degrading experience from the manger Landon Lee.I had a reservation booked for the patio. My friend was early and because the hosted said she couldn’t sit until after until the entire party was there, which was only two of us. My friend decided to sit at the bar and wait. She ordered two drinks. The bartender was absolutely amazing, very attentive, and had a great conversation.Once I was there, we were seated on the patio. At that time there was only one other party seated outside. We were so excited for brunch to eat and drink since the weather was perfect. We waited over 15 mins and no one came out to the patio not once. We could see inside where the waiters and manager were at the bar talking. We tried to make eye contact with them to get someone outside but no one came.Finally a waiter and two girls came out and were seated two tables down from us. They immediately ordered their food. We asked the waiter if he could find our waiter and manager. We could see the manager inside seated at the bar with a drink. He comes out to our table and apologizes saying that “the waiters thought we were being serviced since we had drinks from the bar.” He also stated that usually people aren’t on the patio so they didn’t know we were out there which was odd since I made a reservation for the patio so they should have been prepared.We ordered our food with the other waiter and we’re talking to the two girls about our experience. They were shocked that the only thing Landon, the manger, offered was a sorry and a handshake. I asked for Landon back to let him know we weren’t happy with how he handled the situation and we would be writing a review. He informed us we could leave and proceeded to walk away. We were completely shocked. He made it seem like we were in the wrong to complain about not being serviced to for over 15 mins when the restaurant is completely empty. The manager then goes back to the bar and proceeds to openly complain about us to the waiters and bartenders. Completely unprofessional.The two girls at the next table were even disturbed by his response. The staff apologized for his actions. They brought out our food and to go boxes. This was supposed to be a great start to a fun a Saturday but Landon ruined that for us. He kicked us out for being upset that we were seated with no water and no service.There’s a reason this place is empty on a Saturday and it’s not due to the staff but the management. Maybe if Landon, the manger, actually did his job instead of drinking and socializing with the staff at the bar, this place wouldn’t be dead on a Saturday.There’s too many great restaurants in Dallas with great service, food and atmosphere to come to Dahlias and be disrespected. I’ve taken Dahlia’s off my list of recommendations but seeing how it’s dead on a Saturday, this place is probably off a lot of people’s list as well."

"We got there early for brunch and were the only customers in the restaurant. The manager and staff were very attentive told us they were still tweaking the menu and asked us to let them know what we thought of our choices. One dish was perfect, one dish had some issues they were quick and gracious about correcting the issues. It all tasted great we will definitely go back, there are other menu items we need to try!"

"Sadly this is another Dallas eatery that can’t sustain good service and good food. I was there with friends Sunday at noon before seeing a movie in the mall. Hostess was not friendly or welcoming. Server never came back to check on the table after someone else served our food and he never freshened our drinks. Veggie burger was all onions and mushrooms and not very good. The bun tasted strange- it looked great but it had a strong chemical taste and was not edible. The iced tea was good. I’ve been here several times and each time it’s worse on all levels. It’s extremely loud too. The patio has been great for happy hours."
