"This was our first Chinese takeaway for a while and we decided on Xian which is well established. For the price we paid the food was a real disappointment. Noodles were awful. All we could taste was burnt oil. The egg fried rice was tasteless, chicken with cashews and yellow bean sauce again bland and dry and the shredded chilli beef was lacking in the right flavours of sweet and spicy. The seaweed and chicken satay was ok. All in all for the menu prices the standard is not consistent. We did not enjoy it at all and will not be ordering again."

"Walked in and immediately knew this place was authentic.The waitress hardly spoke any English. So we had to make do with hand gestures to communicate. She was nice, I think she owned the place.We loved everything we ordered. The flavors are super authentic. My only complaint is the fish, we thought it was 2 whole fish but it was one fish halved to make it look plenty. I think the dish was expensive for $30 since the fish was only a tilapia."
