"If it weren?t for the fact that the pizza is good, I wouldn?t give them any stars. To start, I tried to place my order online to make it easier, added my pizza to my cart for $26, but breadsticks is not an item that can be ordered online (as of today 4/18/22) so I had to call and place my order over the phone. Ordered the exact same pizza I had just built and the breadsticks. When I arrive, my total for the pizza alone is $32. I was quite surprised at the different prices from on their website. The manager said ?his hands are tied and there is NOTHING he can do? despite the fact that I explained, the only reason I called to place my order was due to the fact that they did not have breadsticks on the website. He continued to tell me he can?t do anything and I?m pretty much stuck. His lack of customer service is astounding. Since he just kept rolling his eyes at me. I highly doubt we will be ordering from them again. Maybe Garlic Jim?s or Odd Moe?s will have better customer service."

"Fun airy atmosphere, tables and people nice and spread out for social distancing. Delicious hearty Generously sized meals. Felt like I was at a patio party with fresh food being made by private chef on the grill. Went in evening for bday dinner with my friend, tried both margaritas on the menu So good!they used fresh ingredients and cool blends of flavors. Ordered the Mexican burger and swapped for the chickpea Patty Even waitress recommended the combo and it was delicious. I couldn’t finish the plate. So good. Also had the andouille sausagegumbo appetizer. So good, I have LouisianaTexas roots and cusisne in my home growing up and this was great, plenty on the plate. It could have been my meal"

"Extremely disappointed in our experience here. We spent $40 on one large pizza and two orders of garlic bread sticks and everything was burned and rock hard. There was a school fundraiser occuring at the time and the restaurant was clearly NOT prepared. The young employees there needed direction and no one was helping them. There was not a manager in site. We had ordered online and specifically asked for our pizza to be undercooked because these chains tend to overcook their pizza and ended up throwing away some of the pizza as it was completely inedible. Overall, I used to like the pizza factory chain but the food in the area has really gone downhill over the last few years. This was the last straw and I can honestly say that I will never eat at this location again or the others in the area. Such a bummer and I'm sure all the other people felt the same way as everyone was being served burned food. Would NOT recommend eating here."

"This tom is super friendly and efficient every time I have been there (new in the area, so no previous reference) I was not at one of the others, but I have never seen how a lunch rush-running-thru line moves so fast. a welcome experience with other fast food spots have incredible waiting times lately."
