"Great place for some dessert. Very helpful and friendly staff when it comes to accomodating, assisting customers. Also bonus points for the fact that I somehow dropped my wallet the staff located me, returned it immediately. Extremely thankful. As a whole, I definitely recommend this place. Their desserts are not only tasty, but also very aesthetic, too cute to eat, at times."

"I think Chilli Jam in Parramatta is amazing,one of my favourite thai places. <br/ <br/ This place not so much. Still enjoyed it but doesn't have the flavour explosion I experience in my mouth with the Parramatta branch <br/ <br/ It was a busy Friday night and food did take a while to come out <br/ <br/ What I found funny was this overly long plate to hold the satay sticks on it. Hilarious! Look at my photos. There is so much space on that plate <br/ <br/ The noodles came out in a bowl smaller than expected while others come out in big plates but it doesn't mean portions are big <br/ <br/ Presentation with the food is excellent,it makes it look appetising <br/ <br/ The food itself though a little disappointing <br/ Some of it was a little more salty than expected. I was expecting more taste from the massaman lamb,same with the duck curry <br/ <br/ Don't get me wrong the food is still good but I had a choice I would goto Parramatta branch"

"The absolute standout of the meal were the dumplings. They were pan-fried jiaozi, and fabulous. The dumpling wrappers were stunning, the meat gobble-able, and the bases beautiful and crispy. The only thing stopping them from perfection was slightly too much oil on the base of each dumpling. Otherwise, ahhhh!"

Disappointing service, ok food. <br>
What happened is we made our order, we write down the item numbers on the menu per required. We ordered a fresh tomato & beef with rice/spaghetti, we actually wanted spaghetti, but it comes with rice. However, the staff took our order, and they didn't confirm with us which one we wanted but only assumed that we want rice, so our dish was served with rice. We required to change to spaghetti which cost little for a restaurant, but they claimed that it was our fault that we didn't tell them if we want rice or spaghetti and refused to change to spaghetti for us. As for Instagram purpose, we started taking some photos. The manager or owner came out and checked if we were ok, and if there is anything wrong. We said we are just taking photos for social media. He said to us that we should have told them earlier that we are bloggers/media people, so they can make food be more presentable. In my own opinion, food and service should always be the same no matter who we are, don't treat people based on what titles they have. And when there is a incomplete ordering system, they should consider to do something with it instead of blaming customers. Even tho they changed another rice dish to spaghetti for us afterwards, we weren't happy with the service overall. The photos were only phone photos, because I don't even want to take my time to edit camera photos from this shop. ????????"
