"I came here with my son who was craving for burger. It didn't live by its name in both ambience and food but everything was a disappointent. I couldn't help saying it's a bastardised American restaurant. The nachos, quesadillas, and fries all had a tinge of sweetness. I probably had false expectations but I just couldn't bear eating salsa this sweet. I didn't try the burger so won't comment on that though I noticed the patty looked quite dry. The root beer float had ice, quite unacceptable as, to me, rootbeer float should be ice cold root beer and ice cream, usually vanilla. The place is poorly maintained - grubby and reflects poor hygiene. I could smell the toilet's stink from our table, food crumbs on the seats, one roach on the wall and another on the floor. I wonder what it was like in the kitchen area. But really I don't think I can trust their kitchen by the looks of the dining area. While the waitress was doing a good job, she was a one-woman staff when we came in. I had to call her from the kitchen to give my additional orders and had to wait a while for our cutlery to be brought to our table. The effort to project an American atmosphere is worth mentioning. Posters/frames of singers, etc."
