"Being a bit off the normal tourist routes, this little Chippie on Putney High Street doesn’t garner the mass of reviews that some of the other famous fish chip restaurants in Central London receive. I doubt the Conde Naste reviewers have even ever been to Putney! But ….they should. With a small quaint dining room this restaurant handles dine-in service with hot fish chips that are probably the best you will find in London. Take-Out orders form the bulk of their business and Fridays can be particularly busy. The website and online menu for Fisher’s is out of date having recently changed hands (but with the same Chef’s). It is currently unlicensed for beer and wine sales so expect a bottle of sparkling water rather than Dom Perignon. They have the best fish and chips in London. What more could you want?"

"Got the goats cheese croquets for starter and the battered cod for main with chips. Amazing service, the staff were a super friendly and we had a delightful evening. I was with some friends who were here for the first time and they will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended"

"I know and love my Indian food a lot...this place was awful! The food was of the lowest quality but the prices were premium. Comparing this place to restaurants such as Dishoom really shows the gulf in quality. It 's more like a local Indian takeaway than a mind blowing fine dining experience. Do not go there unless you really have no idea what Indian food should and can taste like at it 's finest."

"Amazingly authentic Thai eating in western london (hammer smith and fulham. Do not forget to taste the specialties mentioned on the board, especially the spicy chicken capau, green curry (the best in london,) grilled garnel and weeping tiger. the food is freshly cooked by scratches and ingredients are of the highest quality. best lunch at weeks from 13.00 to 16.00 pre-book in advance to avoid disappointment, as it is near the hammer smith apollo theater, fulham stadion and chelsea fc and always full. free parking after 17.00 opposite road( beryl road) on weekdays and free on weekends."

"I wouldn't say it was the best restaurant, its very low quality, many things could be improved... did not like the customer service...was not very professional, ordered kebab which was not cooked probably and was told to warn them if I wanted it to be cooked well done, were as I am sure you do not have to say that unless its steak! It is okay for those who like smoking and being around friends and live music, other than that I would not go there for dinner."
