"Their donuts are good and usually fresh. They also make breakfast sandwiches, croissant sandwiches which are also very very good. This place used to be 24 hours which was always great for a late night snack. Not sure in a covid world... But still. Love this place."

"Came to have breakfast on weekday, there were only 5 people including us and it felt as if it needed an eternity to get our food. The man who helped us, we very nice and accommodating. The food was.. The severity was the hands down what I had in a while, but the meat was questionable. Overall, I'm not sure I'd come back to breakfast."

"Bandits is the best BBQ in Thousand Oaks, which really isn’t saying much. I used to frequent this place when I lived in Ventura County several years ago. Back then, they were still in their old location. Fast forward to July 2008. On our way from the Reagan library to Malibu, I was hungry for lunch and wanted to eat barbecue. I was craving for a place in Woodland Hills, but that would have been out of the way. I dug back into my memory and remembered Bandits. When we arrived, I was a little confused because I could not locate their old building. At first I thought they closed down, but then after circling the spot a few times, I realized they had built a new structure since I last visited. The new building was much more larger than their old one and it was a lot more cleaner and modern. The old location had a hole in the wall ambiance. This one was more sports bar like and modern, with western motif touches. It reminded me of Phil’s BBQ in San Diego. The waitresses confirmed that they built the new building just a few years ago. We ordered the full rack of baby back ribs for $22.99. For our sides, we chose fries and corn on the cob. Our soda drinks cost $2.59 each. The ribs were okay. Nothing to rave about – just like I remembered. The fries were good and still had their skins on them. The corn on the cob was a bit bland. It was boiled and no butter was added. Overall, the meal was satisfactory but nothing noteworthy. If you live here, then take advantage of their all you can eat ribs special on Mondays. I would not recommend driving all the way from LA to eat here. I did get a chuckle that they opened another location in Utah because they had a ‘fan’ there that insisted they open up over there. I guess average BBQ is considered noteworthy in Utah. The service is prompt and attentive and there is plenty of parking."

"My wedding was in the Camarillo area and we booked a room block at the Palm Garden Hotel for wedding guests. We had done a lot of research on hotels in the area, and this was the only hotel that checked all the boxes and offered a really great room block rate. Not exaggerating that we got nonstop compliments on choosing such a great hotel. My understanding is that this used to be more of a motel (the entrances to rooms are all located in outdoor corridors , but with their renovations, it definitely has a hotel vibe. All of the rooms are renovated which is so nice. The restaurant/lounge was not ready when we stayed there, but staff said that it should be done later this year. My guests loved the complimentary breakfast, free drink tickets (make sure to ask about this check-in if they don't mention it! , the pool, the beautifully landscaped courtyard, the nice patio area w/ two fire pits, the convenient location, everything!! There is a Ralphs across the street in case you need anything. On top of that, the front desk staff provided excellent customer service. Every interaction in-person and over the phone was great. Since there was availability, a lot of us were able to check in super early was really convenient. The manager who was my contact for the room block was super responsive to emails and super accommodating to many of our requests. Since our wedding ended early (10pm , we were able to order pizza and congregate in the patio area and in the Hollywood Suite right nearby without any issue. Would absolutely stay here again. They were a big part of our successful wedding weekend so I am super grateful for their hospitality."

"Little Calf is our way to the spot! There are so many great options for lunch or dinner and the portions are perfect. You also have a great children's menu. We love the house made chips and I like to dive them into their buffalo sauce. If you have enough space after eating to taste the ice, it is really delicious with many taste options."

"Did not want to write it but want them to improve their place since I like bagels, they used to be the smallest bagels In Los Angeles now I think they are now the smallest in the world. Compounded they charge full price for everything and to make matters worse I went there today and the guy behind me was hawking just nasty lastly the bathroom is not for customers just another nail in the coffin , never going there again and I suggest you do the same"
