"Okay so I'm coming back to redeem y'all last night I went to Whataburger it was around about 1ish in the morning and got me a sweet and spicy bacon burger and my husband got him a number too. I have to give you all y'all's props because they listen towhat I wanted and my order when I got home let me tell y'all I'm still thinking about this sweet and spicy bacon burger whoeverthat cook was that worked at on the 1st of December at 12:55 in the morning he did his thing I'm still thinking about thatburger it was just right the cashier from the order taker everyone was pleasant and polite and my order take her he listened tome let me tell you that young black king I appreciate him for listening to me when I express my disappointment about my lastvisit and the food that I had gotten but he made sure my onion rings was fresh my burger was fresh when I tell you I'm stillthinking about that burger my husband and I all we can talk about was how good those burgers were and I just want to appreciatey'all because I know y'all get some bad reviews most of the time but I'm here to redeem y'all and it's the staff that wasworking on 12 one of 2022 last night early morning at 12:55 a.m. I give y'all y'all's props because the customer service wasabove and beyond and I really appreciate y'all and I'm going to be coming back from now on thank you that night crew that wasworking and y'all need to get him a raise Whataburger corporation give them a raise"

"Waited about 45 min for our curbside order, employees were super slow and looked like they were confused the whole time. They originally gave me the wrong order to which I asked the driver next to me if it was there?s and I gave him his order. Had towalk inside for my curbside order after 45 min of waiting. Super disappointed and never apologized for the hold up to any of thecustomers. Multiple people in line from curbside waiting on their order. The quality of my burger was not good either. Willdefinitely not be choosing this Whataburger in the future."

"Whataburger is just always good. The fries are warm and salty, The burgers are juicy, and the drinks are refreshing. However, this time when I went there the salt was soggy. That sounds weird, but it's true. The salt was clumping together and it didn'twant to exit the pouch. Normally it falls out, like salt. But it was kinda like a powdery paste. Check before you pour salt onyour fries next time."

"Just when I thought things could not get any dumber......I met the Whataburger app. Long story short, this location messed-up my order, which I placed via the app. After trying to fix the problem, I finally gave up. So, I asked for a refund. But the manager informed me that she could not do it because I ordered on the app. So, I had to call customer service, who is there 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After waiting on hold for more than half an hour, I encountered a customer service rep who had to fill out a report so Whataburger could investigate my request for a refund. I can 't wait to speak with their cheeseburger detective to see what he/she thinks about my case! Maybe they can figure out who ripped me off......"

"The food was fine. I was overly impressed by how clean and well kept the restaurant was. The building first appeared older in the design. Now I went in and did not see the first chipped laminating counter or dirty ground. The bathroom was clean and smells like that. It does not seem to penny pinching when it comes to keeping a building cosmetic appealing in the eyes of management. The staff was pleasant. 5 stars around minus the food. I give him three for everything."

"This was the first time I?ve ever ate at Whataburger. To be honest with you, I?m not really impressed by this place. You walk in and several tables are dirty, trash on the floor under the tables and it took like 8 to 10 minutes to get my food delivered tothe table I was sitting at."
