"We were in the mood for a good burger and this came up in open table. We showed up and were the only ones in the restaurant. We should have left right away. We ordered 2 burgers, both to be cooked medium. We got talked into the lobster appetizer which was fine. After waiting over an hour, finally got our burgers. One was so rare we couldn’t eat it. We shared the medium one. (Both were supposed to be medium). Asked for a manager and was offered 2 pina colada’s. I don’t even like pina coladas and we had each already had 2 glasses of wine because we had been waiting so long for the burgers and didn’t want another drink. I asked for them to take 2 wines off the bill. They said they couldn’t do that. I asked again to see the manager. He/she wouldn’t come out. Then they gave us 2 wines to go, which I did not need nor want. Terrible experience, bad food and on top of that, ridiculously expensive for burgers that were not cooked properly and took forever to arrive."
