"We received are drink order and placed appetizers and dinner order. Got appetizers and salads within 10 mins. Waited another hour or more for steaks. Not once in our wait did anyone come to our table to refill our drinks or say why the wait. Finally when our food arrived we were all tired and just asked for to go boxes for 4. They brought us 1 box. Asked again got 3 more. Paid $100. To eat salad and half of a appetizer a piece. Cause once we arrived home we found our potatoes not done, broccoli still hard,all 4 steaks were rubber. Like warmed in a microwave Waited over an hour for food that was either under cooked or over cooked. Totally bad visit."

"8 oz. Top Sirloin Garlic Mashed Potatoes Yesterday was my friends birthday she got out of work late so around 11 we called to make sure it was OK we got down to eat even though they closed at midnight. We were told that as long as our food was ordered by 1130 we were fine she had ordered some shrimp which her meal was all right, I had ordered the sirloin steak with a side of mashed potatoes and french fries.. my plate was brought out just like this then I was told there was no french fries so I ended up getting another side of mashed potatoes.. I was very unhappy with my meal dumbass potatoes were old and hard in the steak wasn 't all that warm. The server handed us the $62 check I had mentioned to him that I wasn 't happy or satisfied with my meal so he grabbed his manager.. I never complain about my food but $62 for 20 minutes and the food looked like this, the manager said he would give me a discount... he came back with a $40 ticket, and I felt as if he thought I was just not wanting to pay for my food.. upset I paid for the $40 ticket and started taking pictures.. the moment the manager Saw me doing so he ran to my table and handed me a free appetizer coupon... I left the coupon on the table and decided to leave this review.. it was the worse experience I 've ever had at Applebees.. I understand they were closing, but that was why I called ahead of time to make sure it was OK. Had I known I was gonna get this kind of service I would 've rather of went to Denny 's or somewhere else.. I felt like the manager didn 't really care about the way the food was served to me and the $20 off was a slap in the face to shut me up.."

"If I were to give a billion stars. Service was absolutely immaculate, immaculate and immaculate from meal to raspberry lemonade they gave me. And the hospitality of the waitress was from the charts. She went out of her way to work enthusiastically and dedicated to the special features and various features of the menu. She came with a phenomenal attitude. Not only that, but when we were gone, she gave us some cookies, just because. I made sure her tip was great and reflected her great service. They all do a phenomenal job in this place. I also love the look, the atmosphere and how the place is held. Thank you."

"This is the first time I have been here and I was very disappointed in my service tonight. Don't get me wrong the waiter was amazing with a group of 10-12 people. My order was all messed. I got my food after everyone else and they had forgotten to add my appetizer to my 2 for 25$ meal. I was sitting for 2+ hours. The bathroom had smelled badly. It seemed very unorganized. They almost forgot to get my food in. But thank you for a first time."
