"White tablecloths, homey atmosphere, locals eating regional meals and drinking regional wines. What is not to love! And, regional in Emiglia Romagna means more than in most provinces! Ebe Zanelli and Piero Filippi are the owners of this establishment. Their food is very authentic. Whether it is pasta, soup, chicken, pork, or local cheeses and fried bread, you will not be disappointed. When I asked Ebe whether she could give me her soup recipe, she pointed to her head, and told me that it was not written down. I only wished she could come visit us and give us cooking lessons!"
