"The coffee is good. the snacks are great, although very expensive for what they are. Remove stars because I don't order a finished drink, but take a regular coffee with milk as I can in any other coffee shop, right? no, here they decide about the amount of milk they will get today, also the amount of cinnamon, they are literally not allowed to touch the cinnamon jar. they can pour something on the side, but yes. not comfortable. no other coffee spot has any problem with me poking my nase in the milk glass and here I cannot add my own zimt. the jugend who works at this place are super friendly and nice, but there are too many of them (up to 6, they have a drive thru) and that sometimes creates communication problems. management, on your game!"

I've been here numerous times and I'm about done with how poor the customer service is here. There is one girl who's always sweet abd friendly but besides her everyone is rude and 9 times out of 10 my drink is made wrong and when I ask them to remake it they are just plain rude. I will be finally contacting the manager tomorrow to speak to her about this because when people come they should be greater with a hello or good morning to start someone's day off right or make it better.
