"A must try if you are ever in the area (or visiting Findlay Market). Staff allows you to sample the chocolate before purchase you can really tell the care they put into their product. Left with a Vietnam/75% and a Belize/70%, which are both wonderful. Both were very rich in flavor and had their own distinguishable notes. They were supposed to be souvenirs, but I couldn't stop snacking on them... Really wished I had bought more, so I'm glad they have an online shop! The fact that they ethically source their cacao is a huge cherry on top as well."
