"You have no idea how much I love the food here!!!!! I’ve been here at least 5 times and these pictures are from all different times I’ve been here because I really want to love it! Unfortunately the service is just so bad. Please note that I am not a picky customer. I never ask for alterations or substitutes to my food, I always tip well and I always say please and thank you. I’ve given this place so many chances because I really do love the food so much! The service is just so bad. I feel like I’m bothering the staff by just ordering and being there. Every time I go though, it’s always the same two waiters so I also think they are just burned out. I totally understand that but unfortunately I do have deduct points for that as a fair review as a customer. I still strongly suggest you support this place because the food really is amazing. Perhaps take out is a better option than dinning in though."

"Not a vegan. The food here was a treat. We ordered too much to be honest (2 plates per person was recommended and we would have been full at 6 between 8. Highlights were the sunchoke toast, the Brussels sprouts, and the scorched cauliflower (has a kick which I found delightful but too much for some of my dining companions). The wines are very reasonably priced for the quality. Service was incredibly warm and knowledgeable. Definitely not just for vegans, a great spot for anyone who wants healthy, hearty, tasty eats in a nice atmosphere."

"I ordered pick up on UberEATS from a bar a block away from the restaurant. I head over when I get the “order ready” notification but the restaurant is closed. I stand outside for awhile, calling the restaurant and Uber. After 15-20 minutes someone emerges from a side door, hands me a bag of food, and runs back to the door. They were gone before I realized the order was wrong"

"Wanted to have a real experience of eating at the #1 Japanese Restaurant for Ramen. The experience is very unique and some friends who’ve been to the Japan one said that everything look the same. First, there’s no reservations and the place is crowded. We waited 30 minutes to get in. Good news is, everything is super organized. The menu is straightforward, you got the ramen, some toppings options (I picked the flight option so I could try 4 to 5 different ones). One dessert option (which I really liked) and then some extras and drinks. The place and dynamism is very unique. You get your own “cabin” and you don’t see any employee face to face. You fill out your form with your order and leave it in your cabin, they grab it and close the curtain. Once it’s ready they open the curtain and bring it to you and close it again. I think it’s nice if you are looking for a different experience. The flavor is amazing but there are other ramen houses around as good in my opinion. Also if your idea is to hang out with your friends and have a nice and long talk around the table, this is not the place. Be ready because the price is a little above the average."

"Bunch of thieves. Ordered food for 50$ every meal came loaded with veggies. No chicken to be found. Orange chicken is all breading and chicken with broccoli is all broccoli. Do not buy food from here"
