"When you crave Indian food you want it to be authentic and 7 Spices hit the spot. It is a large restaurant which offers good social distancing. Basic in its fit out so nothing flash however, it's the flavours that count. We had a lovely...waitress who looked after us and we enjoyed sweet lassies, samosas and aloo tikki, followed by gulab jamu. We would go again when next in Cairns."

"I went to this cafe for lunch & endured the long queue to pay for my order before being seated because of the great reviews. I was hungry, so I ordered the MAN steak salad because it said on the menu board that you wouldn't feel hungry after this. It was mixed leaves in a bowl with cold roast sweet potato, onion & red pepper with chunks of warm over cooked, tough steak on top & a poached egg. No dressing & no sauce. It didn't have much flavour. I ate it because I was hungry. I had a green tea with it. I had to go round to Meldrums & buy a pie after because I was still hungry. Very disappointed after all the hype. I imagine the coffee must be good because there were many Asian students in there enjoying their coffees."

"Our plane landed in Cairns at around 4.30am so before I left I searched for places that would be open around an hour or so after than this and Found Byblos advertising on online sites opening at 6.30am Even here at Trip Advisor) so we decided on this. After sorting our hire car we had a look around Cairns and drove to Byblos at 6.30am and not a sign of life, sign near door said opening hours from 7am so we drove around for a while and came back at 7.10am and still no sign of life so we found somewhere else at 7.30am"

"We there at 8.30 a.m. on a Saturday morning most bread was still warm the tuna bread, nut and cream cheese is excellent and the milk bread is so and tasty roasted and the almond and custard is also very good. All... above cost $12.00 and make another breakfast treats if you go to Japan to hunt a bakery and if you are then you know how great it can be"
