"I ate at this café for three nights in a row during which I had two different kinds of chicken wraps and three different kinds of smoothies. There are several interesting kinds of wraps and smoothies to choose from. The atmosphere is clean, the wraps...are a good size, and the smoothies are delicious. Of note is how both food and drink are fresh. Some of the other reviews mention old and/or crumbly panini bread but I didn’t notice anything old about the wrap ingredients. A bonus to me is how there is no added sugar in their smoothies (so they claim), only what is found naturally in the fruit. The reason why this place loses a star in my opinion is the fact that you don’t feel welcome there. In fact, it seemed as though nobody was happy, like there was some kind of tension. Maybe the management is a problem? Anyhow, the last review that mentioned staff friendliness is nearly a year old so maybe something has changed. I was by no means a jerk but nobody there smiled on any of the three occasions nor seemed like they cared that you were there to support their business, that you chose them over the many other options in the area. If things like this don’t bother you then there are no reasons why you should not give this place a try. You will more than likely be satisfied with the food and drink, so don’t let the “healthy” thing scare you nor the fact that the staff doesn't care that you're supporting their livelihoods."

"We live an hour away so most often we get the Pad Thai my ultimate favorite but my husband has had their famous pork dish, curry dishes and I've had their Mai Mai and Chicken Cashew. We have NEVER walked away disappointed. You can...order the dishes mild, med or Hot I like flavor but not too hot and I order the medium Husband likes spicy so orders it HOT !! The way they present their dishes makes you feel you are in a Really expensive restaurant and it's a fancier restaurant than most !! They have reasonable prices !! We are going tomorrow for Our Valentine's Date !!"

"We had just returned from a trip to the house and were exhausted and did not want to cook. we have skipthedishes (it is the only option for delivery) and ordered the burger and wings date night combo. we received our meal within 30 minutes and the food...(calls included) hot and tasty. matt and his team once again exceeded our expectations of delivered food. the only proposal I would like is for other suppliers such as 24/7"

"We were on our way to Calgary and decided to try Perkins for lunch/breakfast in Medicine Hat. It was an easy find from the TransCanada Hwy. Our server was pleasant and quick to acknowledge us after we were seated quickly by the hostess. My husband ordered the Chicken Strip Melt and I chose Build-A-Breakfast of Eggs, sausage, hash browns and buttered toast. All were cooked to order and tasty. We have Perkins' Restaurants in FL, but haven't eaten in one in years. This was a very pleasant experience. Good Coffee too."
