"As other reviewers have commented, this hotel restaurant is open on a Sunday evening and is therefore a very useful venue. Having said that, you can also eat at PM here, which is almost unheard of in the rest of Salta, and the food...is very good indeed. We were served within of an hour of ordering and the waiters were efficient and friendly. In fact we hadf the best meal here we've had thus far in Salta and I would urge readers not to be prejudiced against this restaurant just because it is in a hotel. The prices were very reasonable too and the wine by the glass good quality."

"Very fresh salads, and really good grilled items, including bark meat and huh. we were two dinners. at both places the place was empty at pm when he opened, but was filled by most of the baked dishes like...did many of the sweet dishes and in any case there was much too much sauce, exaggerated the main meat or sweet or pasta under the sose. very good service and really good suggestions for wein (probably price). only blocks from the main square."

"This place was a little tricky to find, there's no significant signage, but it was worth the search! We arrived around 8.30, early by local standards, and we were the first to be seated for the night. The food way exceeded any expectations, the type and quality I would have expected from a high end restaurant back home for 1/10th of the price! Service was excellent. I would almost return to Salta just to eat here again!"

"Since I first went last year is our favorite place! We were late one night and very kindly attended us of a thousand!!! I tried several dishes my last were the creamy goat, the ceviche the ravioles of humitas and the dessert that surprised me the Andalusian Hechizo!! I loved it!"
