"Everything was amazing, from the service to the reasonable prices. Jen was awesome and makes a mean vodka martini! We celebrate our anniversary and special events there and have never had a bad meal or unsatisfactory experience. It is more reasonably priced than other fine...dining establishments in town, and the food is better. Great menu selection."

"4 times now I’ve had a Stackburger on the recommendation of my good friends at Arthur’s and it’s never disappointed me. Everything is so fresh! Can’t eat buns so they put lettuce around it. Jalapeño peppers are fresh. It is an incredible experience. Always love...coming here when going to the Soo."

"We stopped to get fish for lunch ("Fish Friday") after a week of backcountry camping in Lake Superior Provincial Park. Unfortunately, stormy weather delayed fish delivery -- a hazard of fresh ingredients. I got their burger ("not frozen") and it was perfect. The onion rings were done right -- thin slices with light batter (I notice these things since I worked through school as a short-order cook). The cole slaw was plain, but also done right. My wife got the pierogi and said it was great. All-in-all, a wonderful roadside meal. Someone (owner?) was playing piano in the corner and the waitress (owner?) was great. She was efficient, but also interesting to talk to -- just what you would hope to find in this kind of place."

"Went there on a Friday around 5pm,,,big line up and got my bucket pretty quick,as it was taken from heat lamp lights. Got it home and it was all mush in the bucket,the chicken was well under cooked, and the grease was dripping out of the chicken. The fries were the only thing cooked,, but the grave taste like they dropped the salt shaker on them... Cpl. hours later we were all visiting the bathroom, never again will I trust the KFC,,overpriced rotten chicken..."

"My husband and I came for lunch on the recommendation of a friend. I ordered the half portion of meat lasagna and hubby ordered the chicken parmesan with penne. The pasta was supposed to be handmade but the penne wasn't. The lasagna noodles might have been since they were very tender. However, I keep asking hubby if his marinara sauce was acidic since my sauce was very acidic. After a few bites, it tasted more vinegary than anything. Hubby finally took a bite of mine and confirmed that it was vinegary. I couldn't eat it because it was making me sick and put my fork down on my half-finished bowl hoping that the waiter would notice that something was wrong. The waiter was busy with other tables (the restaurant was only half full) and didn't pay attention to us. Hubby finally called over a waitress and explained what was wrong. She apologized and offered something else but I didn't dare eat anything else - was actually afraid I"d be sick. It took a while before we could get our waiter's attention to ask for the bill. He brought it without saying anything. When I asked if he or someone else had tasted the lasagna today, he said "no". I would have expected that someone would have checked it out right away. If it had gone bad, they shouldn't be serving it. I didn't realize until we left that we weren't charged for my meal. The waiter should have told us. We will not be back."

"Arturo's is our favourite restaurant in Sault Ste Marie when we have a night out away from the children! The food is amazing and the atmosphere is cozy. The place is smaller inside so you feel special as a customer and the service is great. This place is great for foodies."

"They ran out of chicken at 130 pm. Made us wait 2 hours food was cold and not very nice. Not even a free drink for our wait."

"The breakfast here is unreal. They slice the peamal bacon nice and thick and the homefries are always fried to perfection. If your hungry get the convoy it will put you in a food coma. The only downside is the price of a cup of coffee is pretty steep."
