"After a long time, approx. 1 year due to COVID. We finally decided to go for our anniversary dinner. We started out with apps. I had scallops that were great, my husband had the strawberry salad, also great.then came the main course. I had the...Tagliatelle pasta with butter poached lobster. The taste was great but the lobster was very tough. My husband had the filet mignonette with yummy sauce. An all time favourite. The steak was very small and fatty.the sauce not the same as it used to be. The sliver potatoes were thick And undercooked. Very disappointed. We passed on dessert. When the waitress came at the end of our meal we told her our dissatisfaction.the manager came and comped us for some of the food. I am very sad as this was our go to nice place to eat. We will be looking for a new place. Sad."

"We arrived early but without a reservation. Very small cozy restaurant, reservations a good idea, they cheerfully accommodated us, explained the menu, and then served the best steak ever with interesting and very flavorful sides. Very satisfying meal topped off with delicious truffles. I think we met the entire staff including the owner. Steaks are sourced from small farms in Manitoba."

"This restaurant is a unique combination of buffet and all-you-can-eat Sushi.Service was slow and unfriendly. No welcome or friendly greeting - only a functional lesson in how to order. My server, seemed to want to review the procedure and my order in detail - not sure why the interrogation. I waited a long time for tea, water, and sushi.The buffet options were limited, but OK, except that most warming servers were empty - had to wait for them to refill food - each time, what they brought out was snatched up fast - then more waiting. The "coconut shrimp dish' was terrible - a creamy soup of frozen shrimp and vegetables. Sushi was just OK. Basic roles and Maki was fine, some items were very tiny (i.e salmon rose sushi - ridiculously small.) Asking for a second order ticket was big put-off to the server. After waiting (too long) to order more sushi- we left.Overall, an OK experience, but nothing special to warrant a return visit."

"Hadn't been here in years but was pleasantly surprised. Service was prompt and pleasant. It was very busy on a Saturday lunchtime but the food arrived fast. The menu is long and varied with choice of Canadian or Chinese at reasonable price."

"Went for nachos and wings and weren't disappointed. The nachos were loaded and the wings were delicious. The atmosphere is very casual which is great for any sport bar. I would have rated even higher but the service was a bit slow."

"European Bakery and Pizzeria is a family-run bakery that makes absolutely the best pizza that I have ever had. The crust is crisp and tender, the toppings fresh and plentiful and the cheese rich and gooey. We always order the XL Loaded pizza because at $25 for an 18" 10 pound(est) the value cannot be beat. The combination of toppings creates a sweet/savoury taste experience. An extra $5 gets you fast, friendly delivery to a large area of the city. The customer service is top-notch and their pay-it-forward share a slice program is a beautiful example of giving back to the community. Highly recommended!"

"I heard that this place is a good asian place so we tried it. I had Dinner Bento Box with Salmon Teriyaki for 25$ and I'd say it's nothing special. Even the rolls they had with the box doesn't look appetizing, I've tried better rolls than that. The shrimp tempura we had is a bit oily and I was surprised to get a bell pepper tempura which was definitely weird taste. I might change my review if I eat there in the future. But so far my first impression was meh."
