"On the way to a date in bredeney, coming from the city of the city, we discovered on the online map this restaurant located right of the main street. makes a great impression from the outside. in the small but pretty elegant dining room, which shows directly to the street but impressed with a great view of the lake, we were then welcomed friendly. a large day card, written on a board, was placed directly in front of the table, and of course a normal menu was handed out. a large, really like on the website praised offer from traditional and modern oriented different price class. after the order, we were able to wait for the freshly prepared food with an attentiveness of the house shortened olives, dried in oil-laid tomatoes, garlic butter and baguette. that made lust for more despite waiting time!The pizza and pasta was then also really fresh and very delicious! the tables are recommended directly at the window, street noise we did not perceive. there were probably some people who knew each other, but also families. very friendly and professional service! "I discovered the restaurant by chance, I had dinner with a friend and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, we shall be back. We loved the tapas portions, we ordered dishes and we could not finish them all, there was no space for a dessert....We shared all the dishes which gave us four different tastes. We enjoyed fried calamaris, the portion of moussaka was just right, my friend loved the tomato and greek yogurt fritters. The only dish that was a bit too rich consisted of fried mushrooms with cheese, the dish alone would have been a meal for me. The dishes which were taken to other tables all looked delicious. The service was attentive, we were asked several times whether everything was to our satisfaction. A memorable dinner for all the right reasons."

"As we had done only good experiences with the carousel in eating, we were very happy to have a nice evening to two. when entering the restaurant we had a very good impression and received an already covered beautiful table. but while the other guests (which came after us) gradually received their greetings from the kitchen/appetizer and partly even main food, we waited an hour for the greeting from the kitchen. during this time we sat over half an hour before completely empty glasses of the three waiters present and the other guests serving waiters, none interested in our table. At some point we got the appetizer (very nicely dressed and tasty)- after a total of two hours also the sweet (in the meantime two hours since entering the restaurant). the drinks included in the menu were only served on demand (has the system.)? the waiter probably noticed that the whole thing did not go to our satisfaction. he apologised: the restaurant is fully loaded (still at least. 3 free tables); so everything takes a little longer. but: why were the others served and we were not? the main dish unfortunately disappointed (the meat was through). the dessert was wonderful - but the evening was no longer to save for us. the height: after the table the waitress asked if a coffee was still desired. we agree. they: “Yes, I would have invited them to it now!” is what you do. Conclusion of the evening: we felt like second-class guests and that with a total bill of more than 130€ in the ruhr area. once and never again. very bad."

"I've been in colourful and am thrilled three times. at the first time - to brunch - I was skeptical as a professional meat eater, whether the selection would satisfy me. they thought were groundless. there are various types of broth, various varieties of grilled vegetables, numerous, unusual salads, a warm meal and various desserts. all freshly prepared and tastefully perfect. the only criticism point or note - there is little selection of jam or paint for someone who wants to eat breakfast only. the brunch is more of a lunch, that is, you can go very well to lunch. all drinks are exclusive, but if you don't want to overstrap your budget, you should come far with a carafe filtered water (1 liter) for 2 euro and, if necessary, a juice to make schorle. I also recommend dinner. the dishes come lovingly decorated and are refined prepared. for this wee - at least partly (all I couldn't assign) - of small wineries instead of mass production at fair prices.The service is attentive and extremely friendly, the owner is in the regular itself and you can see how important it is to you that the guests feel comfortable.You can park for eating less than in colorful, but the price-performance ratio is true for the quality."
