"Very nice space with a great location, please check it out yourself. Personally I avoid Starbucks and mostly drink straight coffee/no sugar. I decided to live it up with a mocha to go. About a block away I had my first sip. I realized it was just a lukewarm cup of milk with a little bit of flavor. I don't think they even use espresso. I do like independent place because they do a different take on traditional drinks but for me, its not my cup of mocha. I would go and try the drip coffee."

"Very lovely place with friendly service and stunning looking dishes. Unfortunately the taste just didn’t quite live up to my (high) expectations given everything else (that’s excellent) about this restaurant. I’d come back to try their other pasta dishes since the ones we’ve had weren’t very memorable."

"The overall experience was way below expectations. Service was horrible. Both of us ordered the half duck for our entree. They plated two 1/4 thighs as the half duck. For $28 you would think they would serve the half duck as implied on the menu. Manager in charge of kitchen not on site so no answers. The starch was really starchy garlic mashed potatoes that were gluey. Salad was nothing but arugula. With all the choices in Orlando I would skip Lakeside."

"DO NOT ORDER FORM HERE. Please do not waste your time. I ordered an $18 oxtail and this is what I got. 2 pieces all bone. This place is a rip off and O can?t wait for it to close down. It?s disrespectful to the liberty ave location. The community deserves better. I ordered delivery and can?t return this garbage."

"Long awaited visit for tasting menu over the coronation weekend with wine flight. Disappointing food. Usually with a 7 course tasting you are left satisfied but it just wasn’t enough food, especially for the amount of drink. Lamb main was one small cutlet lollipop. Paid surcharge for steak for other diner and that was not cooked well or good quality. Snacks and starters were good but most courses lacked flavour. Restaurant was empty when we arrived as booked an early dinner so the food not being great wasn’t down to them being rushed off feet. An expensive first and last visit! Maybe would have been better if we avoided the tasting menu…very expensive mistake"

"I hadn’t planned on coming here until I walked passed and saw a line out the door. After chatting with a couple customers I found out it was really the baked good many folks were after. the biscuits were nice and tender and not to chewy or dough almost a little crumbly and quite enjoyable. The doubles were spicy but flavorful, as was the chicken roti. The buss up was quite flaky and tender, perfect for scooping up stewed meat or vegetables. The Chinese food house special was also really well seasoned and flavorful, not to salty like Chinese food can normally be. This spot is a winner for sure! Also the bag of little almost pretzel like sticks called Kurma are to dieeee for. Light, crunchy and sweet they are very much addictive. And the prices are so affordable compared to other restaurants in the area."
