"Gave up on this location a while ago. Today I drove by and saw the empty drive thru so I stopped. 2 minutes later after hearing nothing at the speaker I pulled up to the window. Staff did not look busy at all. I love the occasional BK burger but they make it impossible to get. And their customer service is even worse than liberty rd popeyes !"
